Information we collect

We may collect account and contact details, artist profiles, release metadata, audio and artwork, payment references, royalty and payout records, support messages, security logs and information required for identity verification.

Aadhaar, PAN and KYC

Identity documents are sensitive. DigiLocker/Aadhaar verification will be performed only through an authorised provider with explicit consent. We will not present random or self-generated numbers as official verification. Access to KYC records will be restricted and documents will not be displayed publicly.

How information is used

Information is used to create and secure accounts, review releases, deliver authorised distribution services, calculate royalties, process payouts, prevent fraud, provide support, meet legal obligations and send service notifications.

Sharing

Necessary information may be shared with authorised distribution partners, DSPs, payment and payout providers, identity-verification providers, email/WhatsApp service providers, professional advisers and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and security

We use reasonable access controls, encryption where appropriate, audit logs and retention limits. No online system is completely risk-free. Users should keep passwords and OTPs private.

Retention

Information is retained only as long as needed for the service, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention and legal compliance. Some royalty and transaction records may need longer statutory retention.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion where legally available by emailing us. Some records cannot be deleted immediately when required for legal, accounting, security or active distribution purposes.

Children

A minor must use the service through a parent or lawful guardian and may be asked for appropriate consent.
