1. Service

Yadav Tune provides artist onboarding, release submission, metadata review, catalogue management, reporting and payout-management tools. Delivery to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music or another DSP requires an authorised distributor, API or partnership. A submission is not a guarantee that a store will accept or keep a release live.

2. Eligibility and account

You must provide truthful, current information and have the legal right to use every recording, composition, artwork, name and other submitted item. You are responsible for account security and activity performed through your account.

3. KYC

Identity checks may be required before account activation, payment or payout. Aadhaar/DigiLocker verification will be used only through an authorised integration and with consent. Until such integration is active, Yadav Tune must not claim automatic government verification.

4. Plans

The listed base price is ₹100 per artist per month or ₹1,200 per artist per year. Additional artists require separate plan charges. Taxes or payment-provider charges may apply when legally required.

5. Releases and renewal

Yadav Tune does not charge a separate recurring renewal fee for an already distributed release merely because a subscription ends. However, store policies, rights disputes, legal requirements, partner availability, fraud, non-payment, takedown requests or policy violations may affect availability.

6. Royalties

From eligible royalty revenue actually received and reconciled by Yadav Tune, 90% is allocated to the artist and 10% to Yadav Tune, after applicable store deductions, refunds, withholding, taxes, currency adjustments or fraud corrections. Reporting may be delayed by DSP reporting cycles.

7. Prohibited content

Do not submit infringing, misleading, fraudulent, hateful, illegal, artificially streamed or unauthorised content. Yadav Tune may pause review, request corrections, withhold disputed amounts or remove content where reasonably necessary.

8. Processing time

5–6 business days is an expected internal processing window, not a guaranteed store live date. DSP processing time is outside Yadav Tune’s direct control.

9. Liability and changes

The service is provided subject to availability. To the extent allowed by law, Yadav Tune is not responsible for indirect losses or third-party DSP decisions. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Applicable disputes will be subject to competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, unless consumer law requires otherwise.
